Getting started with Etiometrix™ is easy.

STEP 1:
Give us some information about your business:

STEP 2:
You will be contacted by an Etiometrix representative who will provide you with a price quote. He/She will also explain Etiometrix’ strict confidentiality agreement which ensures no company information or data is publicly disclosed. You will also be asked to schedule a 1-hour in-person meeting or conference call planning session.

STEP 3:
Payment via check or Paypal (on the Etiometrix web site). If you are not fully satisfied with your first quarterly report, your payment will be refunded IN FULL.

STEP 4:
Prior to your Etiometrix planning session, you will receive an Etiometrix Planning Guide. It is recommended that you read through this brief document prior to your scheduled meeting or conference call.

STEP 5:
During the planning session, you and your Etiometrix representative will discuss:

  • The staff members, office locations and departments to be tracked
  • Your target groups, activities and initiatives
  • How you would like your reports categorized
  • How input data will be provided/maintained
  • The questions you would like addressed (see sample below)

STEP 6:
You will be asked to provide revenue, expense, time and touchpoint (if available) data on a quarterly and/or as needed basis.

Templates for conveying this data will also be provided to you.

STEP 7:
Etiometrix will provide you with 5 reports along with top line recommendations for your business on a quarterly basis.
